Coaching is not a clinical service and is not a substitute for therapy. I do not diagnose, treat, or offer professional mental health counseling. If you are struggling with a mental health condition, I can help connect you with appropriate licensed clinicians. Â
Each session is a calm, supportive space to find clarity and next steps. Depending upon your needs, I’ll use HeartMath or hypnosis techniques. For Health and Wellness Coaching, I work with you to develop a comprehensive plan to achieve your health and wellness goals.Â
Yes. Sessions are available online or by phone for your convenience and privacy. In fact, most of my clients prefer virtual sessions from the comfort of their homes.
Health and Wellness Coaching is purchased in packages of eight thirty-minute sessions. HeartMath Coaching sessions are purchased in packages of four one-hour sessions or eight thirty-minute sessions.Â

Yes. Your challenges and goals are unique, and your coaching should be, too. Health and Wellness Coaching and HeartMath Coaching programs are fully customized based upon your specific needs.

With a foundation in nutrition and dietetics, 30 years of leadership and coaching experience, and two decades of training in HeartMath Coaching and hypnosis, I offer an approach that is both evidence-based and deeply supportive.Â
My background also includes years of hands-on work in fitness—personal training, yoga, and Pilates—which helps me understand the body, movement, and stress response from multiple angles.Â

I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me enough time to offer the spot to someone else who is waiting for support.
Unfortunately, cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee. Thank you for understanding and helping me maintain a reliable schedule for all clients.
